Microsoft recently announced an update to its cumulative updates, KB4493464, as part of the Windows 10 April 2018 Update. The update upgrades the existing OS version to version 17134.706.
To remind you Microsoft had already announced that the OS version will not receive any new delta updates in the near future. But, Microsoft has promised to continue to offer security and quality updates.
The huge M did not include any new features to the system this time , but KB4493464 did come with a couple of enhancements along with corrections to bugs.

It is important to note that 17134.706 is a build 17134.706 is only available for Windows 10 April 2018 Update (version 1803) PCs are the only exceptions.
